About Our Founder/Executive Director
Monique Foster is a goal oriented, self-starter with extensive management.
experience spanning over 25 years; provided property management/ leadership and oversight on Multi- family housing properties and commercial portfolios. As a result driven
manager with multi-faceted leadership and team
building experience, she has had the honor of
working as a team-leader/analyst with the State of Louisiana Office of Community Development Hazard Mitigation Program. Ms. Foster have obtained certification in 2014 as a Christian Counselor and professional mentor/life coach in pursuit of a B.S. in Psychology/minoring in Ministry at Liberty University.
Ms. Foster is also an active member of (AACC) American Association of Christian Counselors. As a Christ believer, Ms. Foster is submitted under the leadership and pastoral care of Pastor Eileen Lumar-Johnson & Overseer Mark Johnson, where she serves as a licensed minister of the gospel, secretary on the Board of Trustees, leader and overseer of the personal deliverance ministry, and congregational wellness ministry ambassador at Grace & Glory Family Worship Church International.
February 2015 Minister Foster Founded Divinity Foundation (House of Divinity) and became the Executive Director, where she leads, coordinates, supervises, serves and
strategically facilitates its charter members and volunteers through the cultivation of its mission and core values.
